On public holiday's eves customer service is open until 16 o'clock and during public holidays customer service is closed. In addition to our normal opening hours we will answer to our special service number +358 400 425 739 on certain days mentioned in the booking confirmation. Please, check the code number of the cottage or the reservation number ready before you call. Please, notice that we can not receive SMSs to our service numbers.

Call charges from Finnish landline: 3,2 c/minute + 8,28 c/call, including VAT. Call charge from Finnish mobile phone: 19,2 c/minute, including VAT. Call charges when calling from abroad or from a foreign mobil phone are always set by local operators. Queuing is also charged.
