Siisti ja toimiva mökki. Astioita ja keittiövälineitä hieman vähänlaisesti ja osittain huonossa kunnossa. Pieniä puutteita ja korjaustarpeita olisi mm. saunajakkara, savuava uuni, kahvinkeittimen suodatinsuppilo ja rikkinäinen kaapinovi.
