Living area: 36 m² + loft, kitchen/living room, bedroom with double bed. Open loft with two beds + 2 mattress (for child). Sauna (electric), shower/toilet. Terrace, charcoal grill use on summer time.

Car shelter with heating blug for a car, outdoor ski service room / storage. Two bikes. In the back yard has a children play ground. Child equipment: high chair and safety gates on stairs (up and down)

Extra fee for pet.Kajaani 40 km, Sotkamo 7 km.

Note: Prices not includes final cleaning or linen. Bed linen and cleaning can be ordered at extra cost. Firewood not included in the rental price

Viihtyisä rivitalon päätyhuoneisto Vuokatissa lähellä Holiday Club Katinkullan kylpylähotellin palveluja. 

Pinta-ala 36 m² + matala parvi, tupakeittiö, erillinen makuuhuone, jossa parivuode kahdelle. Avoparvelle jyrkähköt kierreportaat. Parvella erilliset runkopatjavuoteet 2:lle majoittujalle, lisäksi kaksi patjaa käytettävissä lähinnä lapsille. Sauna (sähkölämmitteinen kiuas), suihku/wc. Kuisti, pallohiiligrilli (käytössä kesäaikana).

Lisätiedot: huoneistokohtainen autopaikka + lämmityspistoke. Kylmä suksienhuoltotila / varasto. Kaksi polkupyörää käytettävissä (varastossa), pulkka. Lasten leikkipuisto sijaitsee huoneiston takapihan läheisyydessä. Lapsivarustelu: syöttötuoli, lapsiportit portaiden ylä- ja alapäässä. Ilmalämpöpumppu (viilennys ja lämmitys).
