Kotokatti is a cozy and well-equipped terraced house apartment located in a peaceful area close to Vuokatti's amenities and excellent outdoor activities.

This welcoming 56 m² apartment is on one level, with a combined kitchen/living room at its heart. It includes a dining set for 4-5 people and a sofa bed that can be extended to serve as an additional bed (when extended, 140x200 cm). There is one bedroom with three 80 cm beds (two arranged as a double bed). The bedroom has access to a walk-in closet, providing extra space for clothing storage.

The apartment features a separate toilet, shower, and an electric sauna. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a drying cabinet for drying gear. The entrance hall has storage cabinets with sliding doors and coat racks for outdoor clothing.

From the living area, you can access the backyard, which is paved with slate stones and has seating for two. The backyard is enclosed with a fence about one meter high, making it ideal for pets to enjoy the outdoors directly from the backyard.

In front of the apartment, there is a spacious parking area with a car heating outlet, and the yard includes a waste shelter with sorting facilities. Additionally, there is a swing area suitable for children's play in the park-like courtyard of the housing complex.

Guests have access to a shared ski maintenance room (at the end of the building) and a private storage cage, which can be used for storing equipment if needed.
