The area is 84.5 m². On the ground floor, there is a combined kitchen/living room with a sofa bed for 1-2 people, a bedroom with a double bed, a sauna (electric stove), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. In the upstairs loft area, there is a sofa bed for 1-2 people, two bedrooms; one with separate beds for two and the other with beds for three, and a shower/toilet. Terrace.
Child gates are installed at both the top and bottom of the stairs.
Kajaani 33 km, Sotkamo 7 km. Ski slope 150 m, cross-country ski trail 100 m. Nearest swimming shore 1.5 km. No pets allowed.
Bed linens available for an additional fee. Final cleaning included in reservations.
The apartment is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure (including weekend bookings).
