55 km south of Mikkeli, lake Sarkavesi 30 m (length 9 km, width 1 km), hard, gently deepening sandy/clay bottom, a pier and own boat. The beach was renovated in 2020, when rocks were moved to "islands" on both sides of the pier. Log/wooden cabin renovated in 2007, kitchen-living room, bedroom with double bed (width 140 cm), alcove with single bed, loft (30 m²) with mattresses for 2 persons (160x200 cm), other loft with mattress 80x200 cm, sauna (electric stove), shower, dressing room. For summer use only separate lakeside sauna with wood-heated stove 1978 (25 m²), wash room, living room, terrace. Playhouse for children. Grill shelter, car shelter, woodshed. Please note that this cottage is maximum for 6 persons (including children). Water in the tap comes from the own well and it's not recommened to drink it. Guests should bring drinking water along. However, water can be used as washing water. During summer water for the lakeside sauna comes from the lake.

Cozy cottage with a big sunny yard. Cottage has been extended in 2007, original part has been built earlier. A child-friendly beach with long pier, where it is nice to sit. Grassy yard. Badminton court. Two bicycles available. A wonderful excursion place for hikers or by boat, Haukkavuori campfire place, which is about 5 km away. Linkkumylly (catering services, canoe rent) 5.5 km, Mäntyharju Art Centre Salmela 16 km, Repovesi national park 40 km, Vola-golf 40 km, Travel centre Visulahti 60 km, Amusement Park Tykkimäki 60 km, Woikoski Factory Museum and Woikoski Car Museum 10 km, Finland's smallest grocery store "Nuolniemen kyläkauppa" 10 km.

  Rauhallinen sijainti. Kaikki asumisen perustarvikkeet löytyy mökiltä. Hyvä ranta. Hyvät saunat. Tilava piha ja hyvät patiot isommallekin joukolle. Grillikatos toimiva tosin vaatii hieman harjoittelua ettei grilli savuta.

  Vietimme viihtyisän ja rentouttavan mökkiloman. Lähistöllä on monia mukavia retkikohteita, Haukkavuori ja Repoveden kansallispuisto olivat meidän suosikit. Saunassa sai hyvät löylyt ja kesäkeittiössä oli kätevää laittaa ruokaa ja ruokailla sateisellakin säällä.
