The property is set in a natural environment in Palovaara, offering excellent opportunities for both active outdoor activities and relaxing holidays. The services, trails, and slopes of the Ylläs area are easily accessible.
The cabin (built in 1991) was renovated in early 2026 and provides functional and comfortable spaces for four people. The area is 49 m² plus a spacious loft of 9 m². The living areas are bright and practical, making it ideal for couples, small families, or groups of friends. The bedroom has two 80 cm wide beds, and the loft has two 80 cm wide beds. In total, the cabin accommodates 4 people. Additionally, there is a WC, 2 showers, and a sauna with an electric stove.
There is parking available for one car in the cabin's yard, and an additional parking space with a car heating post is available in the parking area.
This compact and cozy property provides an excellent setting for a successful holiday in the stunning fell landscapes of Ylläs — a perfect choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat or active outdoor activities.
