Wooden semi-detached house, with 2 floors, built in 2015. On the ground floor kitchen-living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, sauna, washroom (2 showers), separate toilet and veranda.
Upstairs loft / lounge area with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with 1 single bed (width 120 cm).
Both bedrooms upstairs have own balconies. Toilet and shower also upstairs.
Child gates lower and upper ends of the stairs. Carport.
Semi-detached house in a quiet location, yet close enough to all amenities. From the second floor balconies stunning mountain views.

A connecting ski trail (400 m) to Saariselkä ski trail network from the corner of the house. Ski lifts lower-station 3.5 km, upper station / Kaunispää top 2.0 km.
Kaunispää top by foot 1 km. A walkway to the center of Saariselkä 1,5 km and 2.5 km by car. To the boundary of National Park 2 km.
Ivalo Airport 28 km. Ivalo 30 km. The nearest bus stop approx. 400 m away. From Ivalo airport shuttle bus back and forth.
